Full Brand Identity:
C S Inclusion

CS Inclusion is an equity and inclusion consultancy company. The company supports businesses and individuals through training, project-based consultancy, and access to Connor Scott-Gardner as a public speaker. Connor is branching out from his public speaking engagements, to provide tailored training and consultancy and needed a brand to reflect this. CS Inclusion is all about communication, so we played on the idea of speech and quotation marks. Connor also wanted to show the vibrance and diversity of the communities he works with, so we went with a bright, bold colour palette.

C S Inclusion Overview

Creating the brand identity for Connor of C S Inclusion involved immersing ourselves in communication of diversity, equity and inclusion. Our goal was to infuse the innovation, creativity, and inclusivity that Connor desired into his consultancy's branding, capturing the very essence of his business.

Front of card shows primary logo, which is the letters C and S stylised to look like they're made out of quotation marks. To the right is "Inclusion" in capital letters. The C and S are in bold, italics. The text itself has thin uprights.

Colour Scheme

C S Inclusion's colour palette is bright and bold, but it also incorporates dark tones and desaturated versions of the more vibrant colours. Connor particularly wanted the palette to be bright and approachable, and invoke themes of diversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and positive change. To give the most flexibility in creating accessible content, we create a complimentary primary and secondary palette for the brand. We spent time checking colour contrast and combinations for different vision impairments, and were able to create colour sets which worked well together.

Mauve, this is a highlight colour, it is a desaturated version of a light purple and balances the brighter colours of this palette. Can be used as a background
for black text.

Teal, the darkest colour, a bluish green which is different from the more medical blues of competitors. It feels professional but inviting. Can
be used on white, or as a
background for yellow or white text.

A medium, clear red-cerise colour. It complements the teal and is youthful but not childish. Can be used on white or black, as
as text, or with black text as a
background

A mustard yellow, accessible colour for black backgrounds, gives a vibrancy and punch, tying into the brand's active approach to inclusion and diversity. Can be used as
a background for black text
